Ngorika Vocational Training Centre was established in 2015 with a mission to provide quality technical and vocational education to the youth of Meru County and beyond. Over the years, we have grown from a small training center with just 50 students to a premier TVET institution registered by TVETA. Today, we serve over 500 students across 10+ departments with state-of-the-art facilities and industry-experienced trainers.

The Industrial Liaison Office (ILO) bridges the gap between Ngorika VTC and industry partners. We facilitate:
• Internships and industrial attachments for students
• Job placements for graduates
• Industry guest lectures and workshops
• Curriculum review with industry input
• Partnership development with local and international companies

Our Guidance and Counseling department provides comprehensive support services including:
• Academic advising and career guidance
• Personal and psychological counseling
• Peer counseling programs
• Stress management workshops
• Career fairs and mentorship programs
All services are confidential and free for registered students. Our qualified counselors are available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.
